The structure is designed as a cantilever front opening, and the impeller is semi open (without a front cover plate), enhancing the passage of particles and impurities in the medium quickly through the pump chamber without blockage. The shaft seal is a K-type fluororubber sealing ring with a cooling water jacket, which meets the dual requirements of corrosion resistance and wear resistance. 2) Strong impact resistance: Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene has an impact strength that ranks among general engineering plastics, five times that of acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene copolymer (ABS), and can maintain stability at minus 196 ℃, which is a characteristic that no other plastic has.

3) Excellent corrosion resistance: The pump can withstand various corrosive media (acids, bases, salts) and organic solvents within a certain temperature and concentration range. It can be immersed in 80 types of organic solvents at 20 ℃ and 90 ℃ for 30 days. There are no abnormal phenomena on the surface, and other physical properties have hardly changed.

4) No noise: Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene has high impact absorption and good noise reduction properties, which greatly reduces the noise generated by liquid flow during transportation.

5) Reliable and non-toxic decomposition: The pump uses ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) with stable chemical properties, making it also suitable for use in the food industry.

6) Low friction coefficient: The internal friction system of the pump is only 0.07-0.11, indicating self-lubricating properties. Under water lubrication conditions, its dynamic friction coefficient is half that of PA66 and polyoxymethylene (POM). When working in sliding or rotating form, the lubricity is better than that of steel and brass with lubricating oil added.
